Melanie Dewey (meld)
Melanie Dewey is a 300-hour certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of vocal study and teaching, blending classical technique with modern intuitive and healing modalities. She holds a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Business with an emphasis on songwriting and voice, and her artist project MELD has taken her across the country on tour, earning features in Forbes and NPR. Since 2020, Melanie has walked through what she calls a “grief portal”—an experience that transformed her approach to music and sound. With a renewed reverence for the voice’s capacity to heal and regulate the nervous system, she founded Voice Temple, a space where music becomes medicine and every voice is welcomed as an instrument of peace and renewal.
