We begin with a body scan and healing frequencies to attune your system, followed by a deep intuitive reading using tarot and channeling. Each session ends with a personalized vocal practice or mantra to help you integrate the message and leave feeling grounded, open, and clear. Yoga can be incorporated if desired.
